We provide individuals with disabilities and people that are incarcerated with the opportunity to enrich the community through animal rescue services.  Our main mission is to provide emergency foster care for the companion animals of individuals unable to care for them temporarily due to issues such as homelessness, placement in a rehabilitation facility, hospitalization, or domestic violence.  Under the Wing also runs a feral cat colony on the east side of Cleveland and provides general rescue services including basic medical care, socialization, foster/adoptive home placement.  We are a no time limit rescue.

The Dog Owner Connection offers private consulting and classes to help with canine issues large and small and is experienced in forensic work. Owner Karen Arnoff has generously donated her services to Under the Wing on occasion. 

K9 Coaches
 Lisa Slama, founder of our friend MHAF runs this rescue friendly animal training business that offers group classes, private consultation and special services for cat owners seeking to make sure kitty has a enriching environment.  Lisa generously donates her time to UTW by running a training class at NEPRC.

Northeast Pre-Release Center
 Many of our program animals are fostered at Northeast Pre-Release Center right here in Cleveland. While prison is not a sought after setting for people our animals love it!
