Evaluation and Assessment Services help individuals explore their options and identify immediate and long-term vocational goals. During the evaluation process vocational interests, aptitudes, strengths, and limitations are identified and then used to determine the steps necessary to reach career goals and achieve success.

Benefits Analysis assists individuals with disabilities in obtaining a clear understanding of their county and federal benefits. Participation promotes self-advocacy and independence.
Information is provided on Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Plans for Achieving Self Support (PASS), and the impact of current and upcoming legislation on the disability community.
Individuals are given up-to-date information about their benefits and are instructed on how
to manage their benefits on a monthly basis. Individuals are shown how to inform
Social Security about vocational training, report current income to the county, and manage medical expenses to meet a spend down, among many other important topics.
Information is also provided on issues relating to Medicaid, Medicare, and other
Situational Assessment provides individuals with opportunities to test their skills and abilities in actual work environments in the manufacturing, custodial, building maintenance, clerical, and sewing industries.
Vocational Evaluation uses vocational testing, work samples, and career exploration to identify each individual’s vocational interests, abilities, and goals.
