Vocational Guidance Services (VGS) changes lives and strengthens communities with services that enhance personal abilities, break down barriers to employment,
and help individuals realize their potential.
VGS is a national leader in helping individuals realize brighter futures by providing a variety of services each year to nearly 5,000 individuals with physical or mental disabilities, economic disadvantages, and/or a history of incarceration.
VGS’ comprehensive services are provided at our east and west side facilities in Cleveland as well as at our Elyria center, Painesville office and Columbus facility. The agency also operates Sunbeam, A Shop for Children in Cleveland Heights. VGS has expanded its operations to offer services in a total of 22 Ohio counties.
