Responsibilities:
Visit each site that we provide summer lunches for in Cleveland and Euclid. Check site operations to make sure that each site maintains adequate records and that the program is operating in accordance with program requirements. During the first week visit every site to ensure that the program is running smoothly and that any needed adjustments are made or problems are resolved. Conduct preoperational visits for new and problem sites. Conduct site training as necessary including training on the nondiscrimination policy. Review documents to determine whether the sites are meeting all of the program requirements as outlined in the USDA Summer Food Service Program for Children Monitor’s Guide. Reconcile and discrepancies in meal counts and records with the site supervisor. Attend required training sessions.

Job Coaches are assigned to one primary site and shift. Locations vary from Westlake to Euclid.
Responsibilities:
Provide training in the custodial field for participants referred through CCBDD. Assist individuals with the development of appropriate job-keeping behaviors, task analysis, skills to complete specific job tasks, natural supports, and the identification and implementation of reasonable accommodations at the job site. Assist the program supervisor in the development of an Individualized Success Plan for each participant. Implement the success plans and provide necessary supports to aid participants in achieving measurable objectives. Provide accurate and timely reports as required. Instruct and demonstrate how to complete custodial tasks. Be available to answer questions and provide feedback for the participants.

Responsibilities:
Job Coaches are responsible for providing a variety of services for clients including but not limited to developing appropriate job keeping behaviors, task analysis, development of skills to complete specific job tasks, development of natural supports and the identification and implementation of reasonable accommodations at the job site. Assist clients in the development of an individualized success plan to aid them in achieving measurable objectives. Act as an advocate for the client on the job site and provide employers with information on effectively working with individuals with disabilities. Implement appropriate positive behavior interventions and support techniques to enhance the client’s success. Provide clients with travel training services to aid them in their vocational success. Job Coach services may extend beyond normal agency business hours, 8:00-4:30, and on weekends as necessitated per assignment. Schedule is flexible based on the Job Coach’s availability. Position schedule will vary in total hours and daily shift, however 20 hrs per week average is expected to start but may range from 0 – 40.

Repair and maintain power sewing machinery including Beisler, Eastlex, Assyst Bullmer Cutting System and Gelman, and production machines and equipment. Maintain and service equipment per manufacturers’ requirements. Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sound to locate causes of trouble. Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Examine form and texture of parts to detect imperfections. Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments. Install special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts. Oversee parts inventory. Repairs electrical equipment. Provide routine maintenance to process boiler in Power Sewing Department. Prepare program participants entering the Power Sewing training program with the basic understanding of how the sewing equipment operates.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the General Manager in the operation of the Production Sewing Department and Contract Shop East, West and Columbus with a combined annual sales of approximately $3 million. Assist with supervision of 7 direct staff and 60+ hourly employees. Responsible for contract procurement and developing positive relationships with customers. Procure contracts that ensure steady workflow and the department’s financial viability. Prepare bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required. Negotiate contract with customer or bidder. Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts. Ensure that all production schedules and quality standards are met. This includes production planning, cut planning management and shop loading schedules that support shipping requirements. Inspect for quality and control of contracts and is responsible for insuring quality meets/exceeds customer parameters. Purchase program/contract supplies and equipment. Responsible for accurate and timely billing of products provided. Maintain appropriate records to assure financial accountability. Within 6-7 years must be able to potentially assume the position of General Manager.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of Developmental Services, which includes programs in Cleveland (East and West) and Painesville. Supervise program staff in the completion of all production duties and necessary paperwork such as monthly reports and program evaluations. Assist staff in the development, design, implementation, and revision of individual rehabilitation plans. Review, maintain and update files on a regular basis to ensure compliance with CARF, Registrar, Federal, State, Local and Agency regulations. Provide instruction in the areas of medication maintenance, basic First Aid, sexuality, nutrition, activities of daily living and accessing community medical services. Recruit, train, develop, review and manage personnel including recommendations for hiring and firing as appropriate. Record Day Array service authorization information in the IP module of the Advisor software based upon the individual redetermination dates and program enrollment. Review PAWS forms in Advisor software to ensure they include services authorized on the IP. Assist the Billing Specialist with tracking service documentation, data entry, tracking data entry for locations and service dates, batching billing files, sending billing files to funding sources and recording payments. Participate in all Agency administrative functions such as program planning, reporting, budgeting, etc. Responsible for all Developmental Services department non-financial and financial outcomes. Respond to all RFPs.
